The Arns Cottages are owned by John and Katie Langley, who live in the main house with their three teenage sons. Having both grown up in the countryside, they moved from Edinburgh to Perthshire and have now lived here for over twenty years, making a home surrounded by beautiful gardens and immersed in the peace and natural beauty of the surrounding landscape.

The Arns Cottage was their first project - a derelict stone stable that they lovingly restored into a warm and characterful two-bedroom cottage, designed with great attention to detail and stylish interiors. In 2025 they completed Gardener’s Cottage, a slightly larger three-bedroom home, created with the same care and craftsmanship, combining all the luxury finishes with a more contemporary feel.

Alongside their background in design and construction through their family businesses, John and Katie share a love of creating beautiful spaces - from the thoughtful interiors of the cottages to the gardens that surround them. Every detail has been considered to make sure guests enjoy the most relaxing and comforting stay. A place that feels both luxurious and homely, where you can truly unwind and feel indulged.
